 Wuxi Fuye Metallurgy Industrial Furnace Factory, reformed from Wuxi Electric Furnace Equipment Factory, is specialized in manufacturing heat treatment equipments built in 1988 year. It covers 5,200 square meters area with workshop area of 3,250 square meters. The total assets of our company are RMB15.6 million more with fixed assets of RMB 8.5 million. Our company has 13 advanced technological engineers and engineers, and 125 staff. All test apparatus could be found in our laboratory.
Wuxi Fuye Metallurgical Industrial Furnace Factory is located beside of the beautiful Lake Tai in Wuxi City. It is very convenient for transportation, which is only 8 kilometers from factory to city center, 100 kilometers from the international Shanghai Port, 35 kilometers from Zhang Jiagang Port, and 28 kilometers from Jiangyin Port, and 20 kilometers from Wuxi Airport.
We have been the company of R&D, and production by integrating the intelligent sources such as some design and study institutes, and Shanghai Dianji University.
On basis of comprehensively absorbing the knowledge of the advanced furnace type from famous enterprise such as Austria AICHELIN Company, we have designed and manufactured more than 100 kinds of larger and medium size heat treatment equipments. The main products are RCZ serial forging furnace set, RM serial box style multi-functional furnace set, RCG serial ambience protection net style furnace set, RC serial roll style furnace, RB ammonia decomposition ambience protection box style furnace and strong circulation cover style furnace with amount loading of 50-100 T, train oil-can furnace, and large shaft furnace etc. The functions of our heat equipments have been up to the international advanced technology, even as the top of the same industry in domestic with high automatization, excellent energy saving. So, our heat equipments are the symbol of new generation furnace at present in China.
Our equipments mainly apply in the part heat treatment like bright quenching, carburizing, and carbonitriding with high production efficiency, steady quality and large treating range in many industries such as bearing, standard process, gear, steel coil, tool, auto, truck, textile machine, and military products and metallurgy industry. Our products cover 20 more provinces, cities, and municipal regions in China, even export to regions and countries in Southeast Asia with good reputation.
